ICCE Vision
To produce graduates who, although of varying ability and from different backgrounds, are assets to their communities and ambassadors for Christ, by giving them opportunities for an excellent rounded education, leading to an internationally accepted qualification that enables access to employment or further study opportunities, including higher education.
ICCE Mission
ICCE Impartiality Statement
International Certificate of Christian Education Limited (ICCE Ltd) is committed to conducting all certification activities with impartiality, objectivity, and integrity. This commitment is maintained by the Board of Directors and implemented across every aspect of ICCE's operations.
Our commitment
ICCE ensures through its procedures that its certification decisions are based solely on the competence of candidates as evidenced through the assessment process. Commercial, financial, personal, or other pressures are not allowed to influence certification outcomes. All individuals involved in certification activities are required to act impartially and to declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest.
Identifying and managing threats to impartiality
ICCE maintains an active Impartiality Risk Register, which identifies threats to impartiality on an ongoing basis. These include threats arising from relationships between personnel and candidates (such as family, tutoring, or friendship connections), financial inducements, the handling and security of assessment materials, and the influence of registered schools or other external parties. Identified threats are assessed, controlled, and reviewed regularly.
Conflicts of interest
All individuals involved in certification activities are required to declare conflicts of interest before undertaking any assessment, moderation, or decision-making role. Declarations are recorded and maintained by the ICCE Administrator. Where a conflict of interest is identified, appropriate mitigating action for the relevant activity will be employed.
Oversight and review
ICCE's approach to impartiality is reviewed by top management through the Management Review process. The effectiveness of impartiality controls is monitored and updated in response to changes in operations or identified risks.
This statement is approved by the ICCE Board of Directors and is reviewed annually.
